Easy Bistro's private dining room is built into the West Village space with one central goal: flexibility. The room is acoustically and visually separated from the main dining floor, so guests in the private room get their own atmosphere without losing the warmth of the main restaurant. The space seats up to 28 at a single farm-style table or accommodates up to 42 across separate tables for events that need more open mingling room. For cocktail-style receptions with mostly standing guests, capacity goes up further.
The events we host most often: rehearsal dinners and intimate wedding receptions, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, corporate gatherings and team dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers, and chef-led tasting dinners with Erik Niel. Each event is fully custom — menus, beverage packages, room layout, and table styling all adjust to the host's vision.
Beverage packages range from a focused selection of two cocktails and a curated wine pairing to full open-bar arrangements drawing from Easy Bistro's 300+ whiskey collection and nationally recognized wine list. The food side can run anywhere from passed appetizers and oyster service to a multi-course tasting menu by chef Erik Niel.
Standard lead time for private dining bookings is two to four weeks for most event types, with extra runway recommended for full buyouts and weddings. For corporate meetings and last-minute gatherings, we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on the date.
